Hello All on
The Universal Journey.

I hope you are well and happy - or heading that way.

At this time of year it is usual for many people to reflect upon the year that is about to end. There is also an energetic feeling around this where we can find deeper or clearer reasons for things that may have happened; find a bit more care and understanding; find a new perception or take a new direction, as even a mere thought, into the New year just over the horizon. You would have heard this all before over the years.

I have had a clearing out of some very old emails. Amongst those are many gems. Gems of shared awakenings by my dear friends; gems of wisdom as things became clear to myself and to others; gems of new ways of seeing things; gems of inspiration.

So I have not finished looking through these yet, but am enjoying these old words of which some now still have relevance, and others are plain endearing and re-inspiring to lift the spirit and trigger fond & sometimes profound memories.

So as the longest day/night of the year - Summer Solstice- approaches, there is also an opportunity to do some meditations of gratitude and project loving outcomes for the next year, make new or reinforce current connections, amongst many other things.

Best wishes to you at this special time of year. . . in whichever way you may celebrate or define it yourself. And may the new incoming year energies be fluid and uplifting to your life.

Todays Numbers

Re todays date 2+6+11+8 = 8.11.8 = 9

I just found it interesting and thought you may too that today's date is full of significant numerals'
8 = balance, also representing the infinity symbol which I use to connect (among other things) the Heart and Higher Heart chakras.
6 = the number of love
11 = divine or angelic gateway, doorway through which we may choose to pass
2 = the two's in life - male and female, yin and yang, light and dark, etc
9 = relating to karma or ending of a cycle

I find it interesting that the 11 holds an 8 either side , indicating balance to be found both before and after the gateway process. Something to find consolation in for people having a rough time!
The final number culminating as a 9 can mean a completion of karma not just for individuals on its wheel but also the human race as a whole in our evolutionary climb - our vibrationary scaling.
To begin with we find the number for love as a starting place which is also comforting.
And the 2 supporting further balance and alignment with opposing forces being complementary rather than at odds.

So take a Divine step today amidst the massive energy shifts occurring for us these days. You may find things balance out more smoothly and permanently if there is a loving focus , creative direction or intended higher outcome in mind.

A Special Mayan Calendar Day

Hello Dear Fellow Travellers on
The Universal Journey.

Just a short note to say that this Saturday is a very special day with the date being 8.8.2015 = 8.8.8

It falls in line with the Mayan calendar and other ancient time recordings after their New Year date of July 26th. It is can be opportunity to align with ancient wisdoms of the
cosmos to carry us through into a new stage.

This is an asterix on the road map of The Universal Journey as we take it this year.

You could meditate with this in mind.

You may feel to take the time to realign yourself with a higher way of being, a new way of looking at life and your concepts of time in general and what Real Life means for your Real Self.

Project your wishes for better circumstances for yourself and the world and to be aligned with that.

I have remade a sacred circle in my yard and doing this may also help you to focus some of your intent. But for me it also just helps to gaze upon or sit within for reconnecting to the surrounding earth energies and balancing your inner self.

As you may have read in my last entry, I have also been called to visit the seaside. Connect with Mother Nature more closely and be grateful for her blessings to us - despite the calamities we may see around her. She is adjusting too.

Perhaps it would be an idea to create a double circle representing the figure 8 for this day.

Be creative and inventive. . .a precursor to more that is yet to come.

Turquoise Heaven! and a Blue Moon.

Saturday 1st August.

Greetings and Blessings to you all on
The Universal Journey.

Yesterday as a special treat for us to end July, we had a Blue Moon. This means it was the second full moon for the same month. And it was spectacular if you could see it. We had a clear night sky and unimpeded view after it cleared a few trees in its golden robe. Happy wishing upon it too if you got the chance.

Earlier this same day I really needed to go to the seaside for rejuvenation. And oh my how it was that. . .in bucketsful! I stood and wriggled my feet into the sand and delighted in letting the waves wash over my feet and up my legs, and trying to catch me unawares, with my long tracksuit pants in their sights. The sun shone so bright and warmly from a rich blue sky, the breeze was slight, the sand all around was glistening and smooth and the sea was delivering gentle, small waves to the shore.

I was up to my knees in Turquoise Heaven!

I was absolutely absorbing all the rebalancing and deliciousness of the experience. Time did not matter . My eyes adjusted to the mesmerising fashion of the sea and waves. . . rolling in and rolling out. . . rolling in and rolling out. And I breathed it in and aligned my breath with Her. I gazed out across the magical expanse of open water and spoke to Mother Earth. I thanked her with tears in my eyes for her gifs of love and for calling me to her in this way, to the ocean. I breathed in and out as I re-attuned to her rhythm. I was feeling home, feeling back to my true nature, back in sync with all that is, and blissful in abundance.

Turquoise Heaven. . . a perfect naming, for our beautiful, magnificent planetary home resonates at the same frequency as the heart within our body. And our High Heart chakra at our thymus is turquoise. I noticed this space within me at the time by the sea too.

So looking forward to visiting there again and not have her calling me for so long next time before I get moving!

It was also perfect timing for me to begin my second precious class in my online course today. . .magical and synchronised and loving it.

Rainbow Light

The Great Sun itself showers us with its rays

Held within those are dancing arrays.

Arrays of such complex and intricate design

For to us, as we gaze, are quite often blind.

For dances within these rays with delight

Are symbols and messages, Beings of Light.

All is not so simple as appears

Yet only the High Spirit of Self can see clear.

Delicate and high in vibration they be,

These wonders of Nature, what magic to see. "

Today

Sunday 26th July.

Hello Dear Ones on The Universal Journey.

I am doing a spiritual development online course at the moment created by a dear friend.

It is always good to learn new ways even if it takes me a while to begin them & get into the swing and structure.  Resistance is dissolved as the concepts flow. I feel a resonance with her work and am seeing a new way of looking at some old concepts I had and allowing my old ways to be dissolved and reformed. I am looking at having that happen for my whole self too.
Below came words after the latest class. I felt surprisingly well grounded, happily. I was left with a feeling of a bigger me that I have missed these past months and of connectedness without demand or expectation.

I stood and walked on the ground in my yard feeling every pebble, twig and seam beneath my feet.
I looked to the blue sky, seeing white clouds drift on by
and affirmed:
"I am here planted on the Earth
With the Heavens above
 for my inspiration and love. 
Amen." 

Today is usually special in some way.It is for two special family members birthdays and I am often drawn to do more close spiritual work or find some new special connections in what I do. I think it is also a sacred day of the Mayan calendar.??

How Cold Is It!?

 Hello Good People,

 

How cold is it now??!!

 

Good grief Charlie Brown,  the winter woollies will be getting a good run for their money this week!

 

Snow has fallen from the just north of the Qld border and further south through to the Blue Mountains NSW. This is a case for the weather pattern changes of our era as our Mother Earth re- adjusts herself. The continuing plume of ash from Indonesia also refuses to be ignored and causing chaos to those people travelling to and from there. I am sorry for their plight, but there is not much to be done about an act of Mother Nature.

 

But I love rugging up and having a crackling fire going through the night and part of the day even at the moment. Fireside reading and warming drinks are a comforting feature of this weather at least. It gives us an excuse to just be present and enjoy the cosy atmosphere.

Though my heart goes out to those who are not so cosy. So many homeless and those unable to provide themselves with heat are on my prayer list. May they find some form of warmth, hot food and clean shelter as the nights and days progress.

A Lighter Place.

Sat  20th June 2015.

Greetings Dear Universal Journeyers.

Well what a health ride I have been on, and still on-going, these past months. Amongst my travels there have been lots of ups and downs of course (and the ride is not over yet). As aware Souls living and growing here on Earth, there always is when we find out something about ourselves that we didn't know, or don't like , let alone accept, as part of the issue.
Still, that's life (here anyway!).
Today I feel I have arrived at a better heart-place at least. . . a better raised vibrational outlook to where I was struggling in before. And I pray it remains so.
Now it is not often that I admit to all and sundry, that I was in a dark and lonely place. I have taken some time to admit that to even myself. I have been there before for different reasons or I should say, in different circumstances. This time it has been too long and painful. Of course, it is always about balancing Karma, resolving old out dated ways of being with new progressive evolution-of-the-Soul ones. I look forward to the time ahead when I view my new wounds as scars of a triumphant passage through a most defining time of my life. . . chin up.
It is called by some "the dark night of the Soul". But frankly, these days and times make that a situation for many people who are on their individual spiritual journeys. Especially to assist healers and Light workers along the path of Light as illumined beings that we are and become even more so.
I only just noticed yesterday that I had decorated my computer area with many images of LIGHT. . .
I just love the poetic romantic artistry of Thomas Kinkade - 'Painter of Light'. His works are inspiring, gentle, very detailed and a never ending source of 'lightness' to the eye not to mention the Soul. The eye follows the meandering walks, stairways or waterways. There is always a feeling of safety and comfort, a homely aura about them all. They make me want to visit these pretty and inviting places as a break away. And they make a refreshing view from the laptop screen.
So today, what changed?
I was introduced to a little miracle. A delicate creation that appeared and blessed and impressed us all in our little meditation group. We 'found' a small delicate crystal - for actually it probably found us. And it seemed to be meant for me. And what a powerful little gift it is! Hence, already it has placed its aura of Light with me and I will endeavour to hold it so. It may not stay, but it is a precious thing at this Solstice time. . . and made of Light. It also reminds me of a vision I had last night involving a scene of light.

 I am so humbled and grateful and curious of this natural wonder and still processing its actual presence. Ahmen.

A Wintery Tale

14th June 2015.

Greetings Dear Ones on The Universal Journey.

Well here we are in Winter.
Mind you, it is not the usual icy cold idea which you may associate with the season. Ours is much milder. We are having rain showers which is usually not the way - it is usually dry and chilly with a couple of weeks of really cold temps. Yet the clouds at least tend to keep the temperatures warmer. But fireplaces around the neighbourhood still are lit and create coziness and that familiar comforting wintery smell in the night air.

These alterations in our seasons can relate to all part of our global changes, as we progress in the evolution of the nature of Earth herself.

Winter is a season, spiritually, for delving inwards, a bit like a bear in hibernation. We are urged to find some quiet moments and be still and quiet. Look into things of our life that may need attention. Perhaps parts of our personality that need to be tended. Or reassess our attitudes in our relationships and work and home places. Or just sit and be guided or shown where to look.

If you have not previously read in my past blogs, I mention the circle.

Perhaps create a circle for yourself in which to sit, meditate and rebalance. Make it from crystals, elements of nature or anything simple to use at hand; in-doors or outside in a peaceful place. Make the space your own. It is a refuge for you to contemplate in stillness and represents being within your own energy centre. You may find the desire to come back to it regularly as things move along for you.

Along with these ideas , the practice of qigong ( chi-gong) helps keep the flow of intrinsic energy within you and helps cultivate fresh chi and dispel old stale chi as you progress through the season. Low stance poses (horse riding stance) helps lower you closer to the ground, centring you better and is of a deeper balancing position for stability. Try 'bear turns' as an example. Or simply just 'holding the ball/tree' in whichever direction feels right at the time.

For those not familiar with qigong and its multi-applications, it is an amazing practice to incorporate in your life.

Winter in qigong terms relates to the North, the element of water, the colours black/blue and the body organs- kidneys. The 'bear turns' practice helps support the
delicate kidneys and adrenals. And if you find you are meditating to sort some issues, then these organs will need support. Still, drink plenty of water and some people even look into a detox for a short time if they are in that mode. But don't do too many practices at once! and check with health professionals first of course, especially if they are new to you.

Anyway, be well and find the peace and stillness within you as you are able. Laugh and have some fun in between the seriousness our life can become. We are here to experience Life in its many facets and a sense of humour these days is a precious thing!

Sorry I've missed you !

Monday 1st June 2015.

Hello Dear Ones on The Universal Journey.
I have been away from here for far too long! And missing it.
Several reasons are on the tip of my fingers but will not bore you with them too much:) ,but amongst them is the demise of my old p.c. and buying a laptop and getting used to it now. . .bit by bit anyway.

Needless to say I look forward to writing again!

Well, the weather here has been quite mild and tolerable but seems about to cool down much more soon. . .we will see, as our winters here are definitely shortening over the years. I've even lost track of the moon and planetary cycle but hope to click into that soon once again with so many natural forces at play at the moment.

As you will no doubt be aware, many big things have been happening around this planet of ours and in localised communities. On the big front, prayers have been ongoing to those in the Himalayas, and those effected by the following volcanic eruptions, which we can see as reverberations after the Himalayan quakes. And also the flooding of Texas and Sth America. Please add your prayers/loving thoughts to the many many others when you can, and ongoing.

I also would like to remind you that as we are all connected to our dear Mother Earth, prayers go out to many of us personally who are sensing the same upheaval and turmoil which can be of such a great shock. Especially when we might think that we have been traveling along smoothly on The Universal Journey only to find some of the ground falling out from beneath our feet, or wobbling our sense of balance, or sending us in a totally unexpected direction. (I am one of those) And it is to say the least - very disconcerting and knocks the confidence.

For those experiencing this:
Know that you are loved - no matter what.
Know that there is a deep part of you that is working with the Higher Guiding Forces and Source (aka The Universe or God).
Know that you are not alone.
Know that there is help and support even if it may not seem obvious at first.
Know that balance is being restored and try to find a sense of that within you. Ask Guides and Angels fro assistance and resolution.

These may not be easy to do as I am well aware.
But do not lose hope. There is a deep part of you, your Higher Self that can be accessed, that can ease you through.

Sending prayers of healing, comfort and support can help keep your vibrations raised. Think loving thoughts. Dismiss quickly other thoughts as old and stale vibrations of the useless and diminishing worldly and personal patterns.
Look into helping others even if it only means a thought or a kind word.

Consider The Gliding Duck

Consider the Gliding Duck.

Hello Dear Ones on

The Universal Journey.

Consider the trail of the humble duck, gliding across a still pond.

The small wake that it creates bears testament to the presence and movement of the duck.

The low gentle wake fans outwards as the duck moves across the water.

The lines of movement gently slowly fan outwards further and further until the stillness of the lake absorbs the movement of the duck to replace it once again with perfect stillness.

The duck continues on , unaware of the temporary, gentle, subtle waves it has created in its wake.

You could view this parable from several directions, interpreting as you see it at this moment, from your current perspective or attitude. You may find different interpretations for yourself. None are wrong, just variable.

Of course many of us know of its significance in showing us that , like a duck, often there is a lot of work going on underneath and unseen, that allows it/us to seemingly move along so smoothly from the perspective above the water.

But in some cultures the duck represents happiness.

Consider the duck with its trail of happiness in tow.

Perhaps take something of that idea for yourself and spread it along in your own wake.

Happy Autumnal Equinox Eve and may it bring you great balance and harmony to step out in a renewed and vibrant energy.

 AUTUMN BLESSINGS!

Wow, I so love Autumn! It is my favourite season of the cycle of changes.

Autumn – the word itself relates back to ancient times. It relates to Atum – the single God revered and spoken of and prayed to by Hermes Trimegistus – the author of The Emerald Tablet.

Autumn , for me is mystical.

Its quiet subtle breath upon the climate, ushers in waking times of such an ancient transformative essence, for any who can allow themselves to just lie untouched as they wake from sleep, for a few moments before the earthly beginnings of their material day.

To do so, lie in profound attention to the change in the surrounding bird calls, fresh cool temperatures and different aspects of sunlight as the sunrise creeps across the horizon during these months, slowly towards its winter place. This act of simple awareness and allowing of yourself to be exposed to such a shifting energy of the Autumn, can open your senses to divine and subliminal messages and connections to deeper realms and past anecdotes of loving times and experiences.

Base your Autumn changes on love.

Colour Me Orange!

Hello Good People

On The Universal Journey.

Today looks a bit orange on this page! I didn’t choose it- it just popped up as I typed! But I have been urged to wear blues.

I am always urged to wear particular colours on particular days and I try to go with that.

I know many people say that what ever colour you wear denotes a likely mood or vibration at which you are resonating at that particular time. (Perhaps some will say ‘blue’ for me today because I am communicating – ie from the throat chakra)

Not always so for teachers.

Mostly I find, it is about the colour vibration that others with whom I will come into contact, are in need of seeing. Or if I am to speak and share concepts or new ideas or any other form of communications between people – I may then be urged to wear a particular colour – even if it doesn’t relate to whatever impression I am used to at the time.

Colours create atmosphere and specific auric reverberations. There is abundant info on colours and all that relates to them, so I will not go into so much here or I will be typing for days!

From one perspective, they can assist in co-operative communications or perhaps spell disgruntled ones if poorly aligned with the circumstance.

Try letting colours dress you! Take a step outside your usual box!

My old spiritual teacher ( thank you G.K. bless your Soul) was adamant that anyone should be able to wear absolutely any colour. This was no matter their personal likes or dislikes, once their aura and chakras were in harmony and balance after step by step personal development and shedding of past baggage and issues. She taught that if you didn’t like a certain colour, ask yourself why and work on it.

So perhaps you do not like orange. Perhaps today is your lucky day! An opportunity to declutter your auric grubby patterns and rinse clean and renewed in a new vibrant life colour!

Certainly as we grow our ‘tastes’ change. But even to be brave enough to introduce small amounts of the ‘offending’ colour, or into your surroundings and furnishings can bring a new outlook on life.

Using colours for healing is most beneficial and can produce unexpected results and awareness of the beauty and diversity of colours in this magical world.

Catching Up

Greetings All on

The Universal Journey.

“In the midst of this great creation where we live,  we humbly set aside a small time to walk with You and with the Divine that resides within us. . . “   S.E.

Today is a catch-up day for me. These words are channelled ones via me which I use in my meditation group sessions and which came as I sat to write just now.

I have had a very hectic week (and more), of preparing for my daughter’s 21^st birthday celebrations with family travelling from interstate and friends from near and afar all joining to create a wonderful atmosphere of love and joy for my girl. We had a great time! As did she. But after such an event there is always lots of reliving , discussing, more laughter and digesting of the whole thing. I am still rebuilding my stamina! (so excuse any typos)

But I now have other plans to look forward to as well, as there can be such a drop in energy and spirit and there is a need to fill the void with new plans, pleasures, events and occasions. So knowing this, I have had new things lined up before that happened.

And so today I am only up to going very slowly in my tidy-up time since the relos have left and things have been scattered and left undone, as they do when we devote our little precious time to our visitors of love, and also as we have gone rummaging to bring out old photos and items to add to the stories we tell of the past and to reminisce.

And time now to just bathe a little longer in the afterglow of it all.

Just A Few Words.

Greetings All

On The Universal Journey

How are you all dear ones? I hope your new year is beginning very auspiciously for you and with great promise for the entire year ahead!

Creativity abounds if you can find some stillness and silence at some points along your day. Connections to that divine source are more aaccessible these days so make the most when you can. Plant those seeds, full of unlimited potential, and allow them to flourish as time passes into the beautiful flowering aspects of your life. Be confident in the future of all things good and beneficial, for yourself and all humanity.

Take care with your thoughts and words. Mindfulness is a worthy virtue to meditate upon and live from. Do not allow the grim tidings from around the globe dissuade you from being in your own peaceful state – truly they are unhappy things, so do send prayers and healing – then let it go and move on, for keeping your own vibration at a higher state is of greater benefit to you and people around you and the world in general. 

Be at peace with who you really are – allow that point of Source energy that resides within you to shine brighter as you awaken more and more fully to your true nature and divine higher self.

Here is a curiosity for you to ponder in numbers:

10.1.2015 =  10

= beginnings and endings in whatever small  or large way you may experience.

11.1.2015 = 11

so the previous day of the 10 vibration has now prepared us for the next 11 gateway to step aware, and into and towards the newer aspect , new vibration after ending and releasing a few loose ends yesterday. 

A meditation on both days' numbers can connect you well if you so choose to enjoy the revelations that may become apparent for you. 

Invite an Angel to guide you!

And remember that there is an ongoing '8' to assist your balance alignment and harmony.

Weaving Into the New Year

Weaving Into the New Year.

On the final leg of the journey

That took us through 2014

There were times that I felt lost and broken,

Times without any dreams.

Now the New Year to greet us has broken

Like a wave upon a fine shore

And the love and great prospects lie waiting

To be taken up by those awaiting more!

For like a fresh breeze it surrounds us

It begins its momentum to grow,

To be sure, just at first, a bit sluggish,

But with secrets that lie ‘yond its door.

So take yourself into it gently;

Take yourself into it slow;

Let its sweet embrace enfold you

So that Love is the Guide that you’ll know.

For ‘tis Love and True Nature that finds us;

That carries us through thick and thin,

That moves us and weaves us in patterns,

In a delicate dance from within.

Take each step daily as mindful;

Let each rich moment be yours;

Let not the fear or lethargy

Crowd up your innermost door.

Let yourself feel the great opening

That comes from a freedom sublime

That comes in each precious day passing

And will weave you well into the Divine.

Full Moon and a Special Day

Monday 5^th January.

Full Moon and a very dear one turns 101!

Greetings Dear Ones,

Big hugs to greet you on your return to my blog and to begin 2015!

Today is very auspicious as the title already announces.

A full moon is always beneficial to be under: to place crystals for cleansing and recharging; and for completion of some of those niggly things that are waiting to be finalised or at least decided upon. I woke with some of those today myself.

Today is also a good one for more sincere healing on yourself. Take what ever time you can muster as your working year perhaps begins – to be in a holy and reverent silence and let your inner self take a deep cleansing breath as you let go of the outer world around you and delve a little into your inner world. Ask your true self what you are in need of right now to help you heal anything that is in need of healing, then just ‘let it be done’ then and there under this full moon energy.

If it is a stubborn thing, you may need to call upon a little higher help, so the Angels are always waiting around you, just ask them. There are also great healers in Spirit, just ask them. And of course there are also great spiritual healers incarnated in the physical around you, just ask them.
