A Friend's Message - Advice & Confirmation.

Weds 31st July 2019. 

From the Alpha Centaurans:

“We pass through your skies often – yet not many of you see or seek or recognise.

You hold your faces downwards all too much, so you miss great opportunities that are granted you because of that. And yet you call out to your heavens above for help!

You have your faces, eyes, mind, brain (because these are two different things) and focus – on those things written on your digital screens. But we are HERE. We are in your reality – not the digital one.

Take time to reach out with your mind and your heart will follow once you become increasingly aware of our presence – of others like us – from seemingly far away to you, but truly not so far at all.

If you would take your Divine Time (see my *note below)  to join with us – set your own mind and intention and your innate psychic awareness towards us – we become more real for you and can align with you in your attempts to once and for all, align with your human cosmic galactic ‘destiny’ (although we would use another term more complex but this will suffice here for now).

So we urge you to lift your faces upwards. Look deeply into your heavens above and around your planet. Yes you may read so much is happening in the cosmos and sense so much which ‘disrupts’ you. But even this mindset of being ‘disrupted’ is a childish one, for you are awakening to become matured within the galaxy! But you also forget that we and others like us can assist and advise – especially if you agree most consciously – and can help you heal & ride the cosmic wave shifts.

This recommendation to you will become especially pertinent for the coming year of 2020, so it behoves you to begin practising now.

So take yourselves out of your doors, out from inside your enclosures; take your eyes, your ears, your minds, your consciousness and your energy fields totally away from your devices – leave them inside your enclosures. In this way you can re-discover the great open skies and deeper heavens that surround your planet so that we may more lovingly and purely engage with you and communicate more of our assistance for you – regularly!

Find us in the daylight clouds.

Find us in the pre-dawn morning sky and amongst the night time stars.

Beloved of Earth, we love you and depart temporarily, on our way – til our next. “

*“Divine Time” – this term they use refers to the time you do actually have which takes you out of human time frames, to where there is no time. It is in this no-time that we can be reached by higher consciousnesses/beings and for us to contact them. The time when you find yourself meditating as you wash the dishes, as you do the clothes washing, as you vacuum the floors or sweep the pool or do gardening, in the wee morning hours or upon newly awakening or just before sleep. Anytime you can let your mind drift to higher planes of consciousness – train it so, as it does require some discipline but is well worth it - as well as,  but not solely at your obvious meditation times.

Autumn 'Remedies'.

Greetings to you on The Universal Journey.

Welcome to April where it is well and truly more Autumny in my neighbourhood! Loving it.

And how are you going with your energy and vibes since last month’s turbulent times?

Or perhaps you sailed through? Good for you!

If not, then you might like to hear about a few things that I am doing to ease back into balance and alignment with my true self compass, and reset back to that through the ‘Season of Change’ that is Autumn.

Not all remedies - energetic or otherwise - are of equal benefit to all people. Discern what suits your Self. 

Firstly I continue to take my vitamins, use several essential oils and flower remedies and an energy movement practice.

I continue to use a range of essential aromatherapy oils (mine are doTerra). I use Balance and have been doing so all of March, to help carry me through lots of hills and valleys. I also use frankincense at times when the cosmos is feeling really pushy or if I am in ceremony or sacred space. In incense form is great too. When the cosmos (or people) are really pushy, it is then that our immunity – both physical and energetic – can become rundown and more vulnerable. I regularly use the On Guard blend for some immunity as well and whenever I am going out in public. This I use especially when I delicately project my consciousness forward and cannot get a sense of what the vibe will be like at any particular place or gathering. But it is my all-round go-to oil anyway, with a great perfume.

Since I have been amongst and returned from staying with different family members, I am also using an Australian Bush Flower remedy. Relationship dynamics can have a very noticeable effect on us. Funny, as I no longer have the entire kit, my body still relates and calls me up to use them at times. Sometimes it is enough to merely gaze at one of the flower insight cards. But this time I was steered into a Health food store and ‘shown’ the blend I needed! Love that. As I was weary at the time, my higher self had little trouble guiding me in there as I wheeled past with my trolley.

The other major helper is my qigong of course. I’ve been sprouting the virtues, results and benefits of this ancient energy system practice for so many years now, that it still surprises me that people have never heard of it. If you haven’t – just ask me! Hahaha! Over the years, I have developed my own style and presentation of it as a matter of natural evolution. And what I absolutely love the most, is that the people who are drawn to come to learn from me, over a period of time, feel such a shift and a new awareness about themselves, their own energy field and that of Nature – this then flows out automatically into their entire life and view of the world around us. 

Sometimes the sensations are immediate. Sometimes they take a little longer to clear the meridians. Sometimes people are just soooo ready for change, that they fall into this beautiful practice spontaneously. It is positively healing on so many levels.

The other thing I do a LOT at the moment is smudging. Pretty much every day lately as not only are my vibes changing but other people in the household’s are, and mixing with rattly vibes throughout the day can bring home ‘unwanteds’. I like sage & white sage of course but also sandalwood and nag champa. There are so many options these days. Otherwise you can just use whatever you have – even if it is some dried herbs of your own. It is through the positive, cleansing, clearing and uplifting intention where the empowerment comes.

Anyway, I hope this is helpful for you too, and through the coming days of shifts and changes as the wind blows us in whatever direction we need!

Date Numerology for Occultation of Saturn   2. 2. 3 = 7.  A powerful vibration for spiritual healing possibilities and resolutions which have raised their heads recently.

“I am no astrologer, but since I was younger, I always thought of Saturn as feminine energy.”

I thought: “encircled by all those pretty rings, like a dancing skirt or tutu, this planet must be feminine.” So that is my perception for this article.

This past weekend was of very important and real significance for myself and my Spirit-walking sister group. Held in remote wilderness, safety and sacredness we all met for our Gathering. There are no accidents or mistakes, especially when gathering in Ceremony.

So upon returning to civilisation, I discover an astonishing, breathtaking sight in the night sky – awoken at 2am – I could really feel something was different and special above. Taking my maltese out to the back yard - and wary of Sneakysnake! – I stepped out onto one of our flat exposed bedrocks. I turned and looked up above the roof of the house.

As I said, my breath was taken away. It was a stunning panorama, a vista of celestial bodies on display in a perfectly clear sky.

Facing East, just above the line of the roof was a huge bright planet which I guessed, but came to know was actually Venus. She must be quite close at this time of the year. She sat in position, emanating intention, her steadfast single radiant eye towards me.

Above her, almost directly was another bright planet, but a little smaller in this sky-scene – Jupiter.

Together these two planetary beings sat poised below and as if pointing up to the great ‘fish hook’ that is part of Scorpio. This constellation spread across the Eastern sky almost totally lying down with the blunt end at the northern end and the barb on the southern end.

Then the strongest glow of all came from our moon. She was in quarter phase and suspended in her travels across the sky in this portal of my time, high and to the left of the blunt end or top of the Fish Hook – as if beaming across to enlighten the whole scene like a spotlight.

Over the years of my awakening spiritual development, I have had many conversations with beautiful powerful Venus. This night She had called me out! She was here in her own power to honour me and my/our weekend accomplishments. I could feel her deep, resounding pleasure at the new awakening, new arrival, new and yet at the same time, ancient re-connection to ourselves and who we are, who we are becoming and where we are going with that newness. She felt like a proud Mother peering down from the Heavens, from the Dreamtime.

And in the higher, yet less prominent position was her ‘partner’ of this particular time, Jupiter. As one of the Grandfathers, part of the Elders, who too acknowledge and bless the work done by us women these past few days in ceremony and connecting and especially healing. Healing of each other, of ourselves, of the land – in many ways unnoticed by even us who are down in amongst it all. And yet we radiate in a new light, a new vibration to be carried and to disperse, yet never-ending in its source, especially so long as we keep remembering.

Then a few clouds began to drift in. One significant set hovered near the moon. When I returned my gaze to Her, there was a message for me in my shiny newness now, high in the sky, written in the clouds by the moonlight.

On my return to indoors and progression of my day to follow the threads given by that celestial sight, I randomly discover that there is an occultation coming in a few days, on Feb 2^nd. The moon will occult (traverse) the face of Saturn. Saturn had been following in her ascension behind the scene that I witnessed, if I had been able to see over the rooftop towards the lower eastern horizon.

So returning to my personal impression of Saturn as feminine energy with Her skirts and her upcoming dance with our moon.

Perhaps the old feminine surpasses the new. So too the moon as our regular reminder of our femininity, transits across and obstructs Saturn for a brief time, as if one form of feminine is washed over by another form of femininity.

Once the planet emerges from the occultation, it is said that it is washed clean or renewed for us here on earth to emanate a new form of energy to us, to those who are ready to take up this new form within their energy bodies.

Others who are not prepared will obviously have it grace them too, but within them it may set up a struggle for the old ways & healing to be worked out, released and replaced. Hence a rattling of the un-ready may occur until it is adjusted within themselves – if/whenever awakened.  

Meanwhile, whilst Saturn is hidden by the moon, we in turn have an opportunity to engage & anchor a little deeper into whatever it is we need to hold, release or do, whilst we are without this particular energetic vibration around us.

I do not suggest at all that there is an elitist group across the planet Earth that are privy to this new wave & to gather it. Not at all. Many are ‘ready’ for it without being so conscious or aware of that anyway.

All flows as it should and all is as it should be, Aho!

This is a blog I wrote a few years ago. Simple yet true. I thought it worth repeating & adding to, as I prepare for further Qigong sessions for this year.

A Good Strong Qigong Session leaves you feeling:

Whole and complete;

Completely balanced in as many ways as you can sense;

And with a clearer sense of everything;

A part of everything yet attached to nothing;

With a sense of your untapped potential just there for the discovering and a fresh desire to take part in it;

With a sense of love and understanding for the greater expanse of yourself and the world, without the need to feel that things need fixing. 

For things are perfect just the way they are – all in present beingness of moment - time and space.

Moving. 

Breathing.

Relaxing. 

Replenishing. 

Living a Bigger Life.

Grieving Love and Other Losses.

Today I want to address a topic that is a painful one for all humans.

Even if you are not in grief someone around you may be.

We all love. There is no doubt that when we are born we are innately cocooned in that realm. Oblivious to whatever else is out there in the larger world that we’ve incarnated into, we are all born in a state of divinity. Have you ever opened the door on a sleeping baby’s room? Have you seen the white misty cloud that fills the entire space? I don’t speak of the artificial lighting or the slant of daylight, but the inexplicable hazy aura that surrounds and perhaps exudes from their tiny personage. It is quite a phenomena.

It is also true that babies retain that divinity within them, around them, and can hold that space naturally even through traumatic infancy. It is once chakras begin to interact with this world & its other inhabitants that the changes begin to occur. And I do not purport to be in the wisdom of knowing much of such things at this time that I could explain it right now.

So, it is from the realm of Love that we are born into this world and it is back to this realm that we go at our transitioning, our death from this life.

Grieving however is not restricted to the death of a particular person whom we love (and will continue to love)

Many people grieve over beloved pets and animals, be they near or distant from them. Particularly in this era, deeper and deeper connections to all living creatures is becoming a conscious part of our lives. The awareness that all Life is sacred can raise the feelings of grief in many ways.

So too can grief be felt over the apparent loss of a relationship, a home, a country of which we belonged, a job to which we were dedicated, a relocation needed for whatever reason. . . perhaps even a part of ourselves?

Many Universal Journeyers in this day and age, once they begin living their conscious spiritual path, may discover unexpected grief from past-life encounters, relationships and experiences.

It is my intention today to just bring into your awareness the fact that a person near you may be grieving over something, which to you or anyone else, may seem intangible or illogical. Logic has no place in grieving, no place in understanding the pain of a broken heart or shattered spirit.

I have counselled for grief, but from my own personal experience, it is possible to be grieving for different things at the same time, on different levels and at different stages. It is also possible to be feeling grief of a loss then to come to a safe peaceful place within yourself or be inspired with some form of learned wisdom about that, then begin anew – forever changed, but more consciously grown and adapting to the new version we have of the world. Hopefully this will not be of bitterness and blame, but from a deep inner place of yourself that holds your spirit warmly, comfortingly and open to engage in such matters in meditative times. Having ‘lost’ someone in my family at a very young age, I can also attest to the fact that grief may not come to full fruition or realisation and release until many years later when there comes a trigger for that event.

We also need due attention and care from our self - Hold Space for ourselves. Support can come also of course from outside ourselves, especially through these times where things do not seem logical, clear, explainable or ‘right’ to us, at any given stage of life. Strong intense unexpected feelings can be unleashed from within us and catch us unawares. Irrational behaviour is a part of the processing that we are trying to come to terms with, trying to explain to ourselves. And so when this fails, we can react to this confusion in ways that are very much out of character. 

Give yourself, or the person near you who is grieving, space and time. 

Although it is not Time itself that does the healing as is commonly quoted: 

It is the gathering of the experiences and the continuity of life that brings healing, albeit never quite total, but perhaps at least bearable.

One of the greatest gifts Mother Nature gives us freely is Her-Self – the natural world full of comforting sights, sounds and fragrances can soothe our grieving souls, our broken hearts and confused minds. Even if we sit upon a wondrous beach with lowered, greyed & clouded eyes, She is still all around us in Her capacity for great healing and comfort. We need not even see or be aware of that for it to be so.

And one of the greatest gifts one person can give another is to just be present and Hold Space around the grieving person. Do not take on their grief, their journey is their own, as is yours.

We are complex and complicated beings of Light inhabiting these humanly bodies. Allow yourself some frailties, some comfort, some soothing and solace. We are here to experience what it is to be human (even if we do have other traits within our DNA). We are a whole package, the real deal when it comes to experiencing real emotions and learning from that. Not all experiences seem to be ‘good ones’ (and travelling further down the life-path may shine clearer light upon that). But these experiences including grief are what our Soul collects along its Universal Journey. It is what makes us a more complete emissary, member of the Ground Crew of The Source for the Highest Good of All That Is – including our individual Self.

2019: A Three Year in this Aquarian New Age.

Greetings Beloveds and Earth-Stars on The Universal Journey.

I will love to explore & delve a little deeply into the significant Three Year vibration that 2019 brings us into.

To find this we simply add 2+0+1+9 = 12 = 1+2  =3.

Some of us are Three Year people – that number being our relevant Ruling Number. To find yours simply add up all the numbers of your birth date.

Each number vibrates to a different signature frequency with relevant characteristic traits, talents & challenges to be met.

When our own personal number is matching that of the year number, then we are given more aligned opportunities for growth, success (in whatever way that is defined for you – not always about money or fame), harmony with incoming changes and developments. It can be a big year of achievement with wonderful surprises! In general, if we can allow ourselves to become aligned more fully with the vibrational numerology of the year, then optimistically, the ride will be a much smoother one. Even if you are not a Three in a Three Year, to align and allow an openness can still bring a more harmonious result.

Some of you may also be entering a personal 3 year: add your day, month of birth then the current year. This energetic vibrational wave arrives close to your actual birthday to carry you through to the following year, but can be felt up to a month before or a month after.

Personally, even if I wasn’t a Three, I would still love this number. It is inspiring of creativity & manifestation, and according to one source, is a bringer of joy! 

It encompasses lots from my perspective:

Three is the number denoted in points and circle of the traditional Celtic Knot, Triquetra.

Three denotes the trilogy of the basic dimensions relative to evolving humankind – Heaven, Earth and Spirit (or the mystical) Also: body, mind and soul. . . mental, physical, spiritual.

There are three points on Neptune’s trident.

Our three main heavenly bodies - earth, moon and sun.

Three points of light in the sky that denote Orion’s Belt.

Three great ancient pyramids of Egypt which align with those stars.

Three is a magical number when gathering for special ceremony or ritual eg bride, groom & minister.

And while we are on the  ancient & starry – three wise-men travelled and arrived to acknowledge the birth of baby Jesus.

“Third time’s a charm” is a traditional saying as 3 is often a lucky number; or 3 wishes granted from a genie; or turning of the teacup as in tea-leaf readings. Also said to be of Time – past, present and future.

It is said to be the first true number according to Pythagoras, as it forms a shape. . .

Three is the number of points, angles and sides of a triangle.

If we extend this shape into further sacred geometry, and fuse together one pointing upwards and one downwards, we result in a 2 dimensional (flat) image of a merkabah. Each of the points of this star shape, having 6 points (3 from each triangle),  then represent particular aspects – 3 divine aspects coming from above in the triangle pointing downwards – channelling divine powers down to us. The 3 points of the upward triangle denoting earthly material or human aspects aiming at evolving & ascending upwards. The combining of the two triangles being the symbol of Spiritual aspiration, illumination, divine ascension, & desire to join with the Higher Power of All That Is; and It desiring to meld with us.

The shape of each of the triangles themselves imitate funnels or energy vortexes.

The three is also commonly known as the sign of the holy trinity but also much more and not exclusive to any religion or cause. Amongst multiple concepts of this are: Mother, Father, and Child (which I prefer rather than that of the masculine wiping out the entire necessity for the female in the Creation & manifestation process as in father, son and holy ghost!)

Of course you may have some interesting personal concepts of the Three for yourself.

Perhaps you are one of three in a family, or one of three siblings.

Perhaps the number of your house is, or adds up to, three.

Perhaps you are in a working group of three or one of the multiples of three such as 21 or 12.

My idea for this blog is just to bring into your awareness a little of this 3 vibration. Therefore optimistically wishing and intending for the alignment of yourself with this coming year of 2019.

Some creative ideas to employ!

Draw or mark out in whatever medium you like (eg. crystals, salt, chalk, stones, sticks, pinecones or in the sand) a triangular shape. Do so with due intention to align with its vibration. Perhaps light a candle in the centre, or place one at each corner. When you have made your creation, pause, breath and with due consideration and attention, step into the triangle & stand or sit or lie for any period that your time allows. (Being careful of the lighted flames!)  How about trying this beneath the constellation of Orion – as above so below! What a cosmic experience and more all-encompassing on levels of earth & the heavens.

 I have done this many times with a sacred circle. Sense for yourself any shifts, changes, thoughts or sensations that you may experience in this sacred space. For that is what you have created.

Draw a triangle or a 6 pointed star to place beside your bed upon which to gaze before and after sleep. Place it in any room you feel it calls you to do so. You may find that you want to have the point upwards, but then at other times, downwards. Just go with it & sense the difference it creates.

You may like to simply use the 3 as a symbol – not necessarily as a number, to gaze into & turn in different directions, sensing its change in energy. Note that one 3 can become an 8 when it is reflected and joined!

You might feel inclined to place furniture in a triangular design; or pot plants, or ornaments, or a more long standing crystal grid in an arrangement of threes.

Summer Solstice. An Aligning Meditation.

Summer Solstice Alignment.  21.12.2018 = 3.3.11 = 8 = infinity & symbol of balance.

 If some of you have read a little of my blogs over time, you will see I like to pass on any preps I am shown for you to be able to link in with too. 

Unquestionably , these past 6 months have been a doozie, energy speaking. As promised many years ago, things would be amping up as we evolve & connect more divinely to the higher guiding forces and to our Galactic heritage & linked-in destination. Still lots of surprises in store no doubt and very unpredictable at that. Even some readings can only be 'seen' a few weeks ahead in time when the energies are in flux. 
 So Summer Solstice for 2018 -  in its numerology alone there is a balance due and coming for us. In your own sacred alignment ceremony, light a designated candle, use incense or oils & perhaps sit with this meditation, if you are lost for inspiration: 
Let yourself be guided by the figure 8.  As I have often used with my groups, imagine drawing the figure 8 as a means of connecting your heart with your high heart (thymus). Draw it with your finger. Then expand its size to enclose your solar plexus and heart. Move on to enclose Third Eye & Solar plexus. Then enclose your entire body within it. Breathe as you draw this figure in your mind. Steadily. Smoothly. Allow the outer world to drop away , then draw a connecting 8 towards the Sun and yourself, enclosing each of you in each of the circles that form the 8, with Mother Earth at the cross over point. Dwell a time there & see what comes for you.

Galactic Gateway to another realm for true answers

In this blog I have been urged today to present an awakening option for you to prepare for the Portal of Opportunity. Of course all of these are always optional! But if, as you read this, you feel a tingling, an energy strengthening around you, or any other type of engaging response, then I suggest that perhaps this is for you today.

This morning I have been urged, guided, intuited, to create a crystal grid. These may be outdoors or indoors. I have posted long ago about the effectiveness of a Sacred Circle construction. This too may be what you are drawn to do for yourself.

There is no rule on that or of what materials you make these. Except that of course Natural items are the best. But this does not preclude small figurines or images of relevant importance to you - as guided. 

So I offer this concept for you to consider in creating for your vibrational preparation for not only yourself but your home-space. 

In the above intro I suggest meditating on the I, the EYE or The I AM. 

Then follow into the First Angelic Doorway. 

Then on into the Second Galactic Gateway.

Now this may appear to you as the words, an image or symbolically.

Go with your instant guidance. Open and engage yourself in the mystery that is aligning itself with you in these coming days. And most of all, have fun doing that! 

Find a light-heartedness that can bubble up from within you, for you.
