Greetings Beautiful Awakening People on The Universal Journey!

How incredible Life can become when you consciously, heartfully, recognise and then align with any new incoming energies. Aaahhhh – humbly - blissful.

The way my previous 10 days was accumulating energies, holding several very strong meditation ceremonial sessions for the Autumnal Equinox with different groups, as well as a perfect balance of qigong & its visualisations, which always helps to integrate & process any changes internal or external, I wondered if I could be focussed enough in the 3rd dimensional world to begin my newest adventure within that! But as usual, all my “Guys Upstairs” (and by that I also mean feminine, masculine and everything in between!) were right onto that for me! Gotta love ‘em .

I recently read, and many of us know, that if you claim to ‘be’ something, like a teacher, or a healer or whatever, then along with that alignment that you are projecting, comes the related ‘trainings’, realisations and humility lessons! So that if you think you are labelled as something, then you are virtually being given the whole circumference of aspects of that subject. Does that make sense?

So, for example, in being named a teacher, and really consciously knowing that – you also find that you are not only learning how to become a good teacher, but also a good student, hence humility, patience, tolerance and so much more! And the range and variation of learning and perfecting (?) that is infinite. It’s like a balancing act that is out of our hands entirely. So if you can open and allow this wonderful range of experiences to evolve in your inner world, it becomes a great portal in your outer world!

So the more obvious challenge is to be continually open to these incoming situations, relationships etc that arrive with this evolutionary process.

Another most beautiful thing that I experienced this week, apart from joining with most beautiful souls in classes & a weekend wellness workshop: I re-met Yogananda. (Hence I type in the colour I recognise him in – which also matches Autumn)

 I was first introduced to him, or his energy signature frequency, many years ago during a massive awakening process lasting several months in suspended Time and Reality (both of which are all relative! Hahaha)  during a massive cosmic event and portal opening. Anyway, the soft gentle loving vibration that I felt with Paramahansa Yogananda came again & touched my heart to tears around this current Equinox time. Along with him was Quan Yin & supporting energies from specific symbols. It seems a bit confusing or complex as I write it now, but all fell into place perfectly at significant times & in particular companies of souls.

So, if this Equinox has opened a bigger picture to new dimensions for you – go with it all! Use your intuition as much as possible. It is all well and good to listen and heed your Guides, and I do that too, but they are also wanting you to become more confident & strong in your own personal energetic purpose, higher intuitive guidance and figure things out for yourself – even when they can be giving you some assistance , hahaha! This is very empowering for you.

Yes, these current years have seen the thinning of the veil between realms, dimensions, Beings. But that also means that you can access other aspects of your own multidimensional Self. . . and that process, realisation and awakening is beyond words. We are also learning to become an engaging race of interactive cosmic beings – so I encourage you to accept and open to that especially if it is a new concept for you. We are creating, no, co-creating our new world of higher vibrations to become that bigger part of ourselves in harmony with all others.

Take that in. Be empowered in your own Higher self and all that can expand for you to totally broaden your horizons more than you ever expected. SO don’t ‘expect’ – just release expectations and particular ways of how things may happen for you like the leaves of beautiful Autumn and flutter on the breeze to wherever you will be taken. There is great awesome surprise in this freedom that comes by letting these human mind-sets go. Being moved gently, safely, most intentionally by the Higher Guiding Forces that you are a part of.

Threshold Preps for the Autumnal Equinox.2018.

THRESHOLD PREPARATIONS for AUTUMNAL EQUINOX. 2018.

There is a doorway approaching; a portal to enable balance & a threshold over which to pass, granting a fresh perspective of your Life from the recent months before & a more profound immersion, to bathe in the present & wade into the new Season of Autumn. Autumnal Equinox.

My meditations this week, as can often happen, begin to align with this portal. New Guides may announce themselves. New Animal Totems too. New colours draw your attention, or just the quickening that can be felt, has the opposite necessity for slowing down, focus & just being present & grounded.

A key quality of any Equinox is balance. As all equinoxes, this is the time of equal length of day as night. It is relative to the quarter phase of the moon (half in dark half in light); the ebb of the out-going tide before it begins to turn in the opposite direction; the pause after we have taken an out-breath before we take an in-breath; a segment of the yin yang symbol of cycles denoting the midway point as each is turning into the other.

From another aspect of the balancing effect, are the numbers for the Equinox - 

21.3.2018=  3 + 3 + 11 = 3+3+ 2 = 8. 

8's for me totally mean balance as well infinite possibilities.

Notice there are 2 x 3's and when we reflect one to the other & bring them together , they - by way of their design - form an 8. An even greater vibration of a higher balance, alignment, opportunities and harmony. And with the final 8 being the total for the day. And the year currently, as it continues to be, a portal represented as the 11, before reducing to a 2.

In our general life, a time of brief pause, taking stock somewhat of where our initial creations & manifestations of the beginning of the year has brought us, before we move deeper into the next quadrant of the year following those steps.

Or, perhaps we need to make a few adjustments, a few changes, delete a few things or tweak a few things as we are going along now. There can be a clearer perception of where we are going now as we have time to pause and review our life choices and steps so far. Life is still in flux, so a pause is a perfect point of reference to open your awareness objectively and allow for changes & adjustments.

For us here in Australia, we have Autumn as our Easter time. The weather is usually cooling – and we can feel it especially in the mornings & late evenings. Plants begin a shift in their own cycles, as any avid gardener will tell you! Even the birds may sing or call a little differently; and the stars have drifted into different alignments and positions. because our precious planet is tilting towards the opposite direction that is has been in the previous months! And so our Sun's dawning, traversing and setting placements of course change with the new course in motion.

Drink it all in and sink your feet into the earth or waters of Nature. Connect a little more deeply with Mother Earth for this day or two at Equinox (20th/21^st). I know from experience that some people sense the shift a little ahead of the actual human calendar date, or exactly on it, or a little after. No matter the human timing, it is of your own body that you will ‘hear’ or feel the call to do whatever it is that assists you, as you ask to align with this reference point of the seasons. And just go with that. Someone right beside you may be called to do something very different. And so it often is!

Any which way, this weekend, I suggest you become still & clear your mind – preferably out in nature with your head beneath the open sky. As we are at the threshold of the Equinox, arriving next week. Take stock by grounding as well as you can, of where you are in the Grand Plan, and in your own life. Then ask for divine higher guidance as to what best works for you right now for the equinox portal. Then create your own private ceremony, or just make a simple notice of awareness to the Universe, or you may be urged to join in a more open gathering.

Today's Numbers Beginning and ending with the 8 of perfect Balance.

Greetings on The Universal Journey!

Nature is awesome. . . and when we are able and allow ourselves to truly deeply connect with all that She is – then we are embodying that awesomeness along with Her.

Today I took my Celtic cloth from my meditation table and went to my yard.

I stood upon the deeply grounding bedrock in my bare feet.

I looked up to the grey windswept sky.

I opened out my green patterned cloth and waited for the winds of change to pass by.

I lifted my cloth high as I could and it caught the winds of change as they swept and blew.

I swooped my cloth and swept my cloth until my arms tired, dancing it to the winds.

I then took it back inside and swept and danced with it into every room.

I laughed at how funny & crazy other people would think me! Then I laughed more!

I stood with my cloth and draped it around me like a new cloak; nestled, absorbing, settling, sensing, resting, safe, comforted.

Amidst deep clear breaths I returned my cloth to my meditation table to settle in.

And then the rain returned outside with its dappled beating to help in the manifesting of the new wishes & dreams – unspoken, and somewhat even unknown.

She brings in the new vibrations to come.

Those that are blowing in for Autumn, for change, for renewal, for flow.

Aah all is blissful in Nature, just go with the shifts and changes, rather than against them to suit your own will. That is what she is there for. She gives you hints and nudges, and sometimes flat out smacks. You will find much less struggle and less blockages to be undone later!

Aho!

And so it is and so it shall be.

Breathing, Awakening, Engaging and Expanding in Sacred Space.

How about those numbers for today!?  Awesome!

Eleven is a Master Number in numerology, therefore extra potent & see how many there are in today's calculations. It is also very auspicious, as it is my first full day back into this ‘unreality’ after a weekend of bliss within our Being Woman bubble. 11 is also a Gateway. Nine is a number for endings, particularly of cycles. Today for me the final 2 encompasses me returning to or reclaiming my true self so:  me + me = t(r)ue.

Or in another way:  I AM!

So I see today as myself stepping over the threshold into my newly woven creation of my intended reality, henceforth, ending some of my old ways of being, in freshness and wonder and adventure!   Sounding it - A-HO!

I have my Power Stance ready for those moments when I may slip back into the old version I had. (HA!)

I have lots of new ‘em-powering tools’ from beautiful energetic workshops abundantly waiting within me to come into full expression whenever needed to assist my new reality in remaining woven & clear. (OOOHHH)

I have multiple threads interwoven which formed the fabric of our Gathering of the Inner Goddess, Earth Mother and Feminine on which I may call or refer to if need be too, for support at any future given time. (SSHHEEEE)

Life is all about Change. Now I feel well equipped to step out further and engage in it from my newly woven creation of myself!  (AAAHHHH - heart sound)

From another perspective comes deep Gratitude:

~ For having been gifted the offer to facilitate my own form of Qigong to weave that thread into other women’s lives.

~ To have been welcomed and provided for and held within a precious and engaging group of powerful women! All of them. This includes all those who came to practise qigong with me. . . such a humble blessing.

Across the weekend came waves of bliss, peace, acknowledging, intensity, relief, delving, discovering, holding, unfolding, peeling away, deeper connecting, mirrors reflecting aspects of me to see and release or embrace and nurture, ceremonial honouring within and without, freely swimming, openly sharing, and so much more. Or sometimes you just want to sit and be.

If you have never gifted a retreat such as this to your precious self, please give it a go.

I admit many years ago I too was tentative: what if I have issues arise that I can’t handle? What if I feel uncomfortable? I sometimes am shy & quiet, can I still be a part of something like this? What happens in these retreat groups that is so sacred and special? What if I offend someone with my manner of openness; what if, what if, what if??

Yes, there can be lots of those. But allow yourself a little peaceful moment to sense from your own inner calling, your own inner being. Perhaps, hopefully, there will come the call to attend, but it may wane, or doubts may creep in as it approaches. This is all very natural and just a mechanism that arises from fear of the unknown. My best advice – ignore it. It comes from an old version of you that feels threatened by change . . . change for the better I must add! 

In the words of Lao Tze (Tzu): "The Only Constant Thing in Life is Change"

And so in the words of Molly Meldrum – “Do yourself a favour” – look for a beautiful nourishing supportive retreat that suits you, and especially that continues to offer to hold you well after you leave.
