The Universal Journey.
I hope you are well and happy - or heading that way.
At this time of year it is usual for many people to reflect upon the year that is about to end. There is also an energetic feeling around this where we can find deeper or clearer reasons for things that may have happened; find a bit more care and understanding; find a new perception or take a new direction, as even a mere thought, into the New year just over the horizon. You would have heard this all before over the years.
I have had a clearing out of some very old emails. Amongst those are many gems. Gems of shared awakenings by my dear friends; gems of wisdom as things became clear to myself and to others; gems of new ways of seeing things; gems of inspiration.
So I have not finished looking through these yet, but am enjoying these old words of which some now still have relevance, and others are plain endearing and re-inspiring to lift the spirit and trigger fond & sometimes profound memories.
So as the longest day/night of the year - Summer Solstice- approaches, there is also an opportunity to do some meditations of gratitude and project loving outcomes for the next year, make new or reinforce current connections, amongst many other things.
Best wishes to you at this special time of year. . . in whichever way you may celebrate or define it yourself. And may the new incoming year energies be fluid and uplifting to your life.

Todays Numbers
26.11.2015.

The Universal Journey.
Re todays date 2+6+11+8 = 8.11.8 = 9
I just found it interesting and thought you may too that today's date is full of significant numerals'
8 = balance, also representing the infinity symbol which I use to connect (among other things) the Heart and Higher Heart chakras.
6 = the number of love
11 = divine or angelic gateway, doorway through which we may choose to pass
2 = the two's in life - male and female, yin and yang, light and dark, etc
9 = relating to karma or ending of a cycle
I find it interesting that the 11 holds an 8 either side , indicating balance to be found both before and after the gateway process. Something to find consolation in for people having a rough time!
The final number culminating as a 9 can mean a completion of karma not just for individuals on its wheel but also the human race as a whole in our evolutionary climb - our vibrationary scaling.
To begin with we find the number for love as a starting place which is also comforting.
And the 2 supporting further balance and alignment with opposing forces being complementary rather than at odds.
So take a Divine step today amidst the massive energy shifts occurring for us these days. You may find things balance out more smoothly and permanently if there is a loving focus , creative direction or intended higher outcome in mind.

A Special Mayan Calendar Day
Weds 5.8.15
Hello Dear Fellow Travellers on
The Universal Journey.
Just a short note to say that this Saturday is a very special day with the date being 8.8.2015 = 8.8.8
It falls in line with the Mayan calendar and other ancient time recordings after their New Year date of July 26th. It is can be opportunity to align with ancient wisdoms of the
cosmos to carry us through into a new stage.
This is an asterix on the road map of The Universal Journey as we take it this year.
You could meditate with this in mind.
You may feel to take the time to realign yourself with a higher way of being, a new way of looking at life and your concepts of time in general and what Real Life means for your Real Self.
Project your wishes for better circumstances for yourself and the world and to be aligned with that.
I have remade a sacred circle in my yard and doing this may also help you to focus some of your intent. But for me it also just helps to gaze upon or sit within for reconnecting to the surrounding earth energies and balancing your inner self.
As you may have read in my last entry, I have also been called to visit the seaside. Connect with Mother Nature more closely and be grateful for her blessings to us - despite the calamities we may see around her. She is adjusting too.
Perhaps it would be an idea to create a double circle representing the figure 8 for this day.
Be creative and inventive. . .a precursor to more that is yet to come.

Turquoise Heaven! and a Blue Moon.
Saturday 1st August.

Yesterday as a special treat for us to end July, we had a Blue Moon. This means it was the second full moon for the same month. And it was spectacular if you could see it. We had a clear night sky and unimpeded view after it cleared a few trees in its golden robe. Happy wishing upon it too if you got the chance.
Earlier this same day I really needed to go to the seaside for rejuvenation. And oh my how it was that. . .in bucketsful! I stood and wriggled my feet into the sand and delighted in letting the waves wash over my feet and up my legs, and trying to catch me unawares, with my long tracksuit pants in their sights. The sun shone so bright and warmly from a rich blue sky, the breeze was slight, the sand all around was glistening and smooth and the sea was delivering gentle, small waves to the shore.
I was up to my knees in Turquoise Heaven!
I was absolutely absorbing all the rebalancing and deliciousness of the experience. Time did not matter . My eyes adjusted to the mesmerising fashion of the sea and waves. . . rolling in and rolling out. . . rolling in and rolling out. And I breathed it in and aligned my breath with Her. I gazed out across the magical expanse of open water and spoke to Mother Earth. I thanked her with tears in my eyes for her gifs of love and for calling me to her in this way, to the ocean. I breathed in and out as I re-attuned to her rhythm. I was feeling home, feeling back to my true nature, back in sync with all that is, and blissful in abundance.
Turquoise Heaven. . . a perfect naming, for our beautiful, magnificent planetary home resonates at the same frequency as the heart within our body. And our High Heart chakra at our thymus is turquoise. I noticed this space within me at the time by the sea too.
So looking forward to visiting there again and not have her calling me for so long next time before I get moving!
It was also perfect timing for me to begin my second precious class in my online course today. . .magical and synchronised and loving it.

For dances
within these rays with delight
Are symbols
and messages, Beings of Light.
All is not
so simple as appears
Yet only the
High Spirit of Self can see clear.

Today
Sunday 26th July.
Hello Dear Ones on The Universal Journey.
I am doing a spiritual development online course at the moment created by a dear friend.
It is always good to learn new ways even if it takes me a while to begin them & get into the swing and structure. Resistance is dissolved as the concepts flow. I feel a resonance with her work and am seeing a new way of looking at some old concepts I had and allowing my old ways to be dissolved and reformed. I am looking at having that happen for my whole self too.
Below came words after the latest class. I felt surprisingly well grounded, happily. I was left with a feeling of a bigger me that I have missed these past months and of connectedness without demand or expectation.
I stood and walked on the ground in my yard feeling every pebble, twig and seam beneath my feet.
I looked to the blue sky, seeing white clouds drift on by
and affirmed:
"I am here planted on the Earth
With the Heavens above
for my inspiration and love.
Amen."
Today is usually special in some way.It is for two special family members birthdays and I am often drawn to do more close spiritual work or find some new special connections in what I do. I think it is also a sacred day of the Mayan calendar.??

How Cold Is It!?
Hello Good People,
How cold is it now??!!
Good grief Charlie Brown, the winter woollies will be getting a good run for their money this week!
Snow has fallen from the just north of the Qld border and further south through to the Blue Mountains NSW. This is a case for the weather pattern changes of our era as our Mother Earth re- adjusts herself. The continuing plume of ash from Indonesia also refuses to be ignored and causing chaos to those people travelling to and from there. I am sorry for their plight, but there is not much to be done about an act of Mother Nature.
But I love rugging up and having a crackling fire going through the night and part of the day even at the moment. Fireside reading and warming drinks are a comforting feature of this weather at least. It gives us an excuse to just be present and enjoy the cosy atmosphere.
Though my heart goes out to those who are not so cosy. So many homeless and those unable to provide themselves with heat are on my prayer list. May they find some form of warmth, hot food and clean shelter as the nights and days progress.
