Greetings Fellow Travellers on The Universal Journey.
This is perhaps an old and worn out phrase but can still apply at many a time:
Sometimes
all we really need is
a hug.
And sometimes it may pay to remember that for someone near you, all they might really need is a hug too. It does not necessarily have to come in the form of an actual physical hug. But perhaps just a kind word or two , a genuine smile, or a gentle listening ear, or a wordless act of kindness with no expectation of reciprocation intended by the giver.
